1. GENERAL INFORMATION
The Rotaract Vienna 35th Charter (hereinafter Charter) is an event organised by members of Rotaract Club Vienna www.rotaract-vienna.org , that is directed to organising the event and that represents the Host Organising Committee (hereinafter HOC or “We”). Charter is reserved for people related to Rotaract.

2. ONLINE REGISTRATION 
Only online registration is accepted by Charter HOC, unless otherwise and individually authorised by the HOC. To register for the event, participants must create an online account and fill in the corresponding registration form that can be found on the website http://charter.rotaract-wien.org/index.php/register-now. Participants can also be registered by an individual who creates an account (and performs the total payment for the people registered) and indicates the other participants name(s) under his or her responsebility. A confirmation e-mail of accepted registration will be sent within a few days from registration and payment.

3. REGISTRATION FEE (PACKAGES)
Registration fee for each package is announced on the website (http://charter.rotaract-wien.org/index.php/register-now). The packages only include what is mentioned on http://charter.rotaract-wien.org/index.php/packages. Any expenses for accomodation, food/drinks, transport or insurance is covered by the participant. Travel expenses to Austria are under the responsibility of the participant and these costs are not included in the registration fee (packages).

4. PAYMENTS
February 4th, 2014 is the first day of Charter registration fee (packages) payment. Payment is accepted only by online transaction. Only where individually requested in writing and, afterwards, authorised by the HOC for specific reasons, the payment can be accepted by bank transfer. If, for any reasons, the payment will not be improved at the moment of registration, partecipants’ registration can be canceled without notice. 

5. CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
Participants shall always receive a confirmation of booking. We will not be responsible if the participant fails to receive confirmation because he or she has supplied us with an incorrect e-mail. The participant should notify us immediately of any corrections needed to the registration, but we cannot guarantee any registration change once registration is made.

6. CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTION
We reserve the right to defer or cancel any part of the event (or the Charter event itself) if there are not enough bookings, or conditions arise, which are beyond our control, at the discretion of the HOC. All packages are not refundable after 30 calendar days before the event. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . All Participants are responsible for booking and/or cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations. We do not accept any liability. The HOC reserves the right to cancel and refund bookings of individuals who are not related to Rotaract.

7. REFUNDS
Participants who cancel within 10 days from payment will be refunded the amount paid for packages, except a possible administration fee. After 32 calendar days before the event, packages are not refundable. Transaction commissions are not refundable.

8. CHANGES
We reserve the right to make changes to the programme published on the official Charter website (http://charter.rotaract-wien.org/). However, participants will have no claim against us in respect of such changes, and these do not entitle the participant to cancel registration.

9. DATA PROTECTION
According to the Austrian law the personal information provided by the participants will be held on our database. It will be used to keep participants up-to-date with developments of our activities. They may also be used to send to the participants communications from our sponsors. 10. IP- and COPYRIGHTS
All copyright and other rights in materials provided to the participants during or for the purposes of Charter, are the property of the Rotaract Club Vienna. Participants are entitled to use such materials only for personal use. The participants are not entitled to copy such materials nor they are entitled to use or authorize others to use them for any commercial purposes. The pictures used on the webpage are the property of the Rotaract Club Vienna, apart from the photo on the the first landing page of http://charter.rotaract-wien.org/ which are property of Tourismus Austria.

11. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
The Charter and the Rotaract Club Vienna will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or property during the Convention. The participants need to arrange their own personal travel and health insurance. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, participants declare under their responsibility that they have adequate insurance for any liability referred to the event. Charter will have no liability for any loss and/or damage that may occur to any of participants’ personal property. Charter and the Rotaract Club Vienna will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss suffered by the participant; or any loss of profits or loss of business (direct or indirect) suffered by the participant. In any case, Charter or the Rotaract Club Vienna liability will not exceed the relevant booking fee paid.

12. APPLICABLE LAWS AND COMPETENCE
The relationship between Charter and the Rotaract Club Vienna and the participants will be exclusively ruled according to the Austrian laws with exclusive competence of the Austrian Jurisdiction; in this respect, for what concerns contractual obligations, place of Jurisdiction is Vienna (Austria).

13. FORCE MAJEURE
Charter and the Rotaract Club Vienna will not be liable for any default or delay in the performance of its obligations, to the extent that such default or delay is caused, directly or indirectly, by an event beyond the reasonable control of us such as, but not limited to: fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts or regulations of government bodies, court orders, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions or revolutions, strikes, lockouts or labour difficulties. Such event or circumstance giving rise to the default or delay is a Force Majeure Event.

14. FINAL INFORMATION
By completing the registration process and making the payment the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all booking and/or registrations submitted for the event Charter. They might be amended by the HOC, therefore, we recommend the participants to read our current Terms and Conditions on our website before submitting each booking, or write us to request a copy of the same.
